Subscriptions are managed through the platform where you purchased (Apple App Store or PayPal). Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on iOS, or manage via PayPal to cancel anytime. You can continue using paid features until the current billing period ends.

If you have not used the paid service, you may request a refund by emailing support@muserestai.com. Once you start using the service (consuming subscription days, using quotas, or using paid features), no refund will be accepted.
